POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Bolt Farm Treehouse is seeking an experienced and passionate Housekeeping Manager to join our team.
As the Housekeeping Manager, you will lead a team of housekeepers in establishing and enforcing high standards of cleanliness throughout our guest accommodations and public areas.
Your role is vital in creating a consistently luxurious and impeccably clean atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression on our esteemed guests during their stay.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar housekeeping management role.
Tech-savvy with a systems-minded approach.
Proficient in computer skills, including Google Suite.
Strong management and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven with a track record of meeting deadlines and goals.
Basic understanding of labor numbers.
Ability to understand scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and stock management.
Solutions-oriented mindset.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Safe operation of company vehicles or golf carts.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and manage a team of housekeepers, providing guidance and support.
Oversee the cleanliness of guest accommodations and common areas, conducting routine inspections.
Assist in hiring, firing training, scheduling, and coaching employees in your department.
Collaborate with the front desk, landscaping, and maintenance departments to address immediate issues or repairs.
Find ways to streamline processes to maximize efficiency and resource use Coordinate in-room guest requests and ensure timely completion.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, including placing orders and assisting in budget control.
Develop and implement best practices and procedures to optimize housekeeping operations.
Comply with company policies and procedures, including emergency plans and safety practices.
Coach and counsel team members as needed, including providing written documentation when necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance housekeeping practices.
